About The RoleReporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting the construction program in the bid management phase.
- Preparing the construction methodology for the tender.
- Providing expert advice on buildability.
- Preparing site logistic plans.
- Preparing safety and environmental plans for the tender.
- Working closely with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and RFI's for tender.
- Managing risk with the estimating and design team.
Candidates should have experience working on complex projects in live environments and providing expert advice on programming, construction methodology and buildability.
