The Housing team leads a variety of residential developments, requiring a collaborative and innovative approach to delivery. As a Development Manager, you will support and manage the development team through different phases of the employment precinct and town centre project in Officer, Victoria, including planning, design, construction, procurement and sales phases in accordance with our strategic objectives, policies and processes.

You will need tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Construction or Project Management discipline combined with minimum 4 years experience at a manager level. Proven ability and experience in planning, organising and coordinating planning, design, construction and marketing of built form developments, as well as financial feasibility studies, programs, budgets and cost monitoring, are also essential.
