The Concessions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in nurturing business partnerships with department stores, executing operational excellence for store teams, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue within concession channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships between Sheridan and Myer/David Jones concession stores.
  • Work collaboratively with the National Concessions Manager to support concession stores and achieve sales results.
  • Ensure effective communication across internal and external departments.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to review processes and identify local opportunities.
  • Assist with key seasonal and promotional launches.
  • Analyze sales results by store, state, and best-performing stores, and report on the reasons.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Myer and David Jones staff.
  • Apply persuasion and influencing skills to achieve optimal outcomes for Sheridan concessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or as an Area/Cluster/Retail Flagship Manager within a fashion or lifestyle retailer.
  • Exposure to a concession store environment is advantageous.
  • Background in specialty fashion or home and lifestyle is desirable.
  • Premium retail exposure is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multi-brands or concessions is essential.
  • High levels of resilience, excellent problem-solving skills, and initiative are required.
  • Experience in Project Coordination with outstanding organizational ability is necessary.
  • A charismatic personality with exceptional presentation skills is essential.
