Your New Role- Operate the concession with strategic autonomy, accountable for revenue growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service, styling advice and sales results.
- Take ownership of sales performance, setting targets and implementing action plans to drive business success.
- Effectively manage rosters, wages and stock levels to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of concession presentation, working closely with department store teams as required.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on clienteling and repeat business.
- Recruit, train and mentor staff, creating a pipeline of talent for future growth and succession planning.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide expert styling advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the concession is consistently presented at a high standard, maintaining a visually appealing and well-maintained environment.
- Develop and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
