In this role, you will be responsible for managing hard and soft services such as maintenance, cleaning, catering, landscaping, and waste disposal across multiple locations. You will also lead space planning, office moves, and workstation configurations to meet evolving business needs.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the office environment meets health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and maintenance audits, as well as partnering with HR and department leads to support in-office and remote events, wellness programs, and hybrid working arrangements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining full compliance with occupational health and safety standards, fire codes, and building regulations. They will develop and manage emergency response procedures and ensure staff are trained accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2–4 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. You must have strong organisational skills and be able to balance day-to-day responsibilities while driving complex projects forward.

You will also need solid communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically will also be essential in this role.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Budgeting & Reporting

Requirements:
