Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of data solutions that drive business performance. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with senior BI developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts to drive business insights.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing BI reports and data models, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and identifying challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and experience with commercial storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
