Business Analyst Role Summary

This is a unique opportunity to be the analytical link across commercial teams in Oceania.

You will serve as the key user and technical expert for the C4C system, managing all upgrades and providing day-to-day support.

As a Business Analyst, you will deliver analytical support to commercial teams by developing KPIs, maintaining reporting tools, and assisting in the qualification of marketing-generated leads.

You will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the C4C CRM system, ensuring data integrity, conducting product lifecycle testing, managing support requests, and driving process improvements.

Additionally, you will analyse marketing promotions and product launches, evaluate ROI on expenditures, and support strategic planning using insights from C4C data.

Responsibilities:
