Become a key player in driving revenue expansion across our multi-brand portfolio by providing actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions. As an Insights Lead, you will operate at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and commercial performance, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver compelling insights that enhance business outcomes.

This role exists to unlock business opportunities through robust data analysis, brand health tracking, customer segmentation, and market research. You will use a range of research tools and datasets, including Roy Morgan Asteroid, brand tracking, customer feedback platforms, and internal performance data, to provide insights that inform strategic direction and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights that support brand growth and commercial performance across our portfolio
  • Manage and optimize brand health tracking tools and methodologies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives in partnership with external agencies to uncover consumer, market, and category trends
  • Interpret and synthesize data from diverse sources, including Roy Morgan Asteroid, internal sales and performance dashboards, and customer analytics platforms
  • Influence and challenge internal stakeholders with data-backed recommendations to drive better decision-making across marketing and product teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning
  • Maintain strong governance over data usage and uphold confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of all insights and information systems
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the insights function, driving efficiencies and better outcomes for the business
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 6–8 years of experience in a similar insights or market research role. If you have a passion for turning complex data into clear, persuasive stories that influence senior stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience working with brand health tracking tools, Roy Morgan Asteroid, customer segmentation, and internal sales performance data
  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning and managing market research projects through external agencies
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across a wide range of functions
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities
