We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) professional to lead our project delivery teams. As a Senior PMO Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the PMO for projects, programs, or portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Driving improvements in the value delivered by the PMO through process development and implementation.
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the client organisation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading/coaching/mentoring PMO team members to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO.
  • Proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOs.
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs.
  • Experience leading teams and driving stakeholder engagement.
