Job Title: Information Management Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving effective information exchange between contractors and stakeholders, while maintaining and managing the administration of the project's information database.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, ensuring timely filing and archiving as required.
  • Manage version control of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing information management systems and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Must have demonstrated experience in deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning an information exchange system within a large construction project environment. Strong understanding of information exchange processes utilized in the construction or engineering environment is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure efficient document control processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
