**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to manage and expand our portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying and designing appropriate insurance solutions for insurable risks.
  • Providing administrative support to senior brokers with large complex client accounts.
  • Developing meaningful working relationships with underwriting partners.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to corporate accounts.
  • Relevant industry qualification.
  • Strong account management experience and highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
