Job Title: Youth Intervention Case Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Youth Intervention Case Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

The successful candidate will work closely with a caseload of young people, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Our program focuses on early intervention, supporting young people to engage in education, employment, and community activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complex challenges faced by newly arrived families and will be able to provide culturally sensitive support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, or a related discipline such as a Certificate III or Diploma in Community Services.
  • Proven skills and experience in working with disempowered and vulnerable populations, including children and young people.
  • Ability to conduct strength-based assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide case management services.
  • Demonstrated skills in community outreach and group work, with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
