Medical Preparation Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Preparation Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Live UCAT Testing Centre, providing exceptional customer service to students and parents, and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality educational programs.
About Contour EducationContour Education is a leading provider of medical preparation programs in Australia. Our mission is to empower aspiring medical students through innovative and results-driven education. We take pride in delivering comprehensive UCAT courses that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up and running live mock exams: You will be responsible for setting up the testing centre, facilitating an accurate waiting room and check-in process, marking attendance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing exceptional customer service: You will interact with students and parents, addressing their concerns, and providing support throughout the exam process.
- Collaborating with the team: You will work closely with our UCAT Live Mock Team Leader and senior invigilators to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Mandatory qualifications: Completion of the UCAT and relevant experience in a related field.
- Ideal qualifications: Completed VCE, HSC, or QCE, or currently studying medicine.
- Key skills: Honesty, integrity, empathy, excellent verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
