Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Support Officer to join our team.

  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of initiatives relevant to second Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Action Plans, including monitoring outputs, reporting, and updating processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to project team members in developing, implementing and reviewing resources to provide streamlined project assistance.
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Undertake research tasks and project work to support the preparation of high-quality written material, including business reports and practice guides.
  • Ensure quality correspondence and assist in preparing submissions and reports, minutes, agendas and providing secretariat functions.
  • Support and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and integrated into day-to-day operations.
