As a Workplace Relations Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in empowering Australians to access quality skills and training services. Our mission is to support individuals and the nation to prosper in fair, productive and safe workplaces.

This position requires coordination across the division, supporting strategic governance processes and establishing legal practice management protocols. You will lead a small admin unit and oversee daily operations regarding finance and procurement matters.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and coordinating briefing for the Division
  • Supporting practice management tools and attending legal forums
  • Providing support for day-to-day operations and strategic governance processes
  • Coordinating required reporting and employee engagement

The successful candidate will proactively identify initiatives to streamline processes and deliver efficiencies while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
