Job Title:

Brewing Planner

Job Summary:

As a Brewing Planner, you will be responsible for managing both tactical and strategic brewing plans to ensure a cost-optimised process. You will create and manage brewing schedules to support production efficiencies while mitigating operational risks.

About the Role:

  • Manage brewing schedules to support production efficiencies.
  • Act as a key liaison between Supply Planning and Manufacturing Brewing teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing, complying with all company and legislative safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage brewing schedules to support production efficiencies while mitigating operational risks.
  2. Act as a key liaison between Supply Planning and Manufacturing Brewing teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
  3. Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  4. Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing, complying with all company and legislative safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and excel in a dynamic environment. You also bring:

  • Previous experience in inventory or production planning in an FMCG environment. Manufacturing planning experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and preferably INFOR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
