Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global compliance program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with our organizational values and objectives
  2. Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of our policies and procedures
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters
  5. Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure employee compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  6. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in compliance or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
