As the face and voice of our organization, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors with a smile
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing calendar appointments
  • Ad-hoc reception and administration duties
  • Maintenance of meeting rooms and reception area

Additional responsibilities include assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks and maintaining confidentiality.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications, great attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office Suite and a positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
