Face-to-Face Community Liaison

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our community focussed organisation. As the first point of contact, you will be undertaking face to face, call centre and back-office functions with a dynamic and supportive team environment.
This role offers exciting development pathways rich in opportunity with ongoing learning and development programs. You will have the chance to explore new ideas, enhance your skills and develop new ones in a thriving and engaged culture-first workplace.
Located adjacent to Melbourne, our organisation comprises of a multicultural workplace of around 400 full-time, part-time and casual employees who benefit from great flexibility, work/life balance, study support, health and wellbeing initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries in person, phone and live chat.
- Communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and information sharing.
- Be a strong team player with a can-do approach.
We are looking for someone with a background in customer service who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding personal organisation and time management skills, and thrives in a team environment.
