About the Role:
As Practice Manager at FIS, you will oversee the implementation of treasury solutions, ensuring engagements meet client needs and business requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a consulting team and strategy to execute business plans and develop consulting offerings.
  • Manage key FIS channel relationships to drive results for the Practice.
  • Manage profit and loss of the consulting practice, including forecasting and managing revenue and expense targets.
  • Ensure generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business.
  • Ensure consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage consulting personnel, including engagement staffing, staff performance evaluations, and career planning.
  • Collaborate with other Consulting Practice Managers to optimize goals for the division.
  • Provide direct sales support throughout the sales cycle, working closely with sales and account management.
  • Maintain quality client relationships to gain referrals for new clients.
  • Nurture relationships, define consulting engagements to support client needs, and sell initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven Corporate Treasury or Consulting background for large complex multiple industry practices.
  • At least 7 years' experience in management, ideally in a treasury team or financial services consulting.
  • Experience of treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.
  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues and sound experience in relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced, changing business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
