Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the AR function from the ground up, implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiencies, and working closely with the Financial Controller to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Full function AR, including bank reconciliations, collections, debtor reports, refunds, and rebates
- Manage online platform AR, processing 3rd party payments, and handling credit queries
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to develop and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with the AR team to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar AR position
- High attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
