Corporate Insolvency Specialist

This role is ideal for a proactive, problem-solving professional with experience in restructuring and insolvency. As a Restructuring Associate, you will work closely with senior team members to advise clients on navigating financial difficulties and regaining stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize your own portfolio of restructuring engagements with the assistance of senior team members as needed.
  • Prepare reports and investigations for creditors, administrators, and liquidators.
  • Assist senior team members with analyzing financial data, predicting cash flows, and supervising accounts.
  • Help senior team members with complex investigations and forensic tracing exercises.
  • Build your network from the start and participate in business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience within an insolvency team.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' problem-solving attitude along with analytical thinking.
  • A high degree of planning and time management, including the ability to handle multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Educated in a related field, such as Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or with another appropriate professional degree obtained abroad.

About You

You will be a flexible, responsive corporate insolvency specialist with in-depth knowledge of insolvency issues. Preferably, you will also be familiar with the analytical review process and due diligence. With your positive communication and stakeholder management abilities, you'll be able to foster collaboration and promote growth.
