Role Overview

The position involves taking on a growth role in the maintenance of a manageable portfolio, contributing to a small, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with existing tenement requirements, including renewals, rental payments, conversions, exemptions, reliefs, extensions, lodging objections, drafting access agreements, and liaising with legal around submissions
  • Administer tenements; raise purchase orders, rental payments, expenditure statements, and internal reporting

Requirements

Proven experience in the tenements or geological database space within WA mining is required. GIS experience (Datamine/Mapinfo/ArcGIS) is preferred, and qualifications in a legal, geology, or business discipline are highly regarded. A strong working knowledge of the Mining Act and Warden's Court processes is essential.
