Job Description

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your SEO expertise and drive business growth for leading ecommerce brands. As a Digital Search Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for creating and executing search engine optimization strategies that elevate client search visibility while setting clear expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical principles of SEO, including analysing and proposing solutions to client SEO issues as they occur, conducting SEO audits and competitor analysis, and developing content that is not only SEO-driven but can be leveraged through social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Independently manage and take ownership of a portfolio of clients, planning, organising, and developing all client deliverables and communications.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Understand and convey technical principles of SEO, analyse and propose solutions to client SEO issues as they occur, conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis, and develop content that is not only SEO-driven but can be leveraged through social channels.
  • Sales: Assist in client SEO strategy when retainer renewals are planned, ensure proposed strategy will help clients achieve their KPIs, and support the SEO Department Director in developing client proposals for sales new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working on SEO projects.
  • Applicants must be permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident).
  • BA in Marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Strong presentation and proven client-facing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable interpretation of data and information gathering skills.
