Our team is seeking a Senior Structural Designer to join us in creating innovative solutions for complex projects. In this role, you will collaborate with our experts to plan, develop, and review project civil/structural design work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who can lead the development of 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with established design and scope.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating and interfacing with our technical teams, communicating complex technical issues, and recommending solutions.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in designing a wide range of industrial structures, including buildings, material handling structures, equipment supporting structures, building and equipment foundations, retaining walls, etc.
  • Proficiency in design and modeling of concrete and structural steel in 3D environments, such as Tekla or Smart3D.
  • Ability to assist in preparation of discipline material take-offs and work in 2D environments while preparing drawings.
  • Leadership skills to manage a small structural design team and interaction with broader project teams.
