We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team providing therapy services to children and adults at our hubs or in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure high-quality clinical services are delivered to clients.
- Work with a variety of clients as required, responding to client demand and adapting to their needs and NDIS plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs and services that meet the needs of clients.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Current SPA registration and experience supporting people with a disability using an evidence-based approach.
- Adaptable and 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to travel to clients and work in a flexible environment.
