Role Overview

Frontline Health Brisbane is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Speech Pathologist to lead our paediatric team. As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical services to children and their families
  • Mentor and support junior staff to develop their skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of our paediatric services, including service planning and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • SPA registration
  • Paediatric expertise and passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
