  • We aim to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy through effective technical service management and delivery frameworks.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing technical services for new and upgraded infrastructure and platforms. You will also provide expert advice on hardware, software, telecommunications, and operational standards.

  • You will establish work priorities, manage workflows, and meet deadlines to ensure assigned tasks are completed in accordance with defined service levels.

This is a full-time position with standard hours of operation from Monday to Friday. We offer flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home, and flex accrual. There are opportunities for coaching, development, and career progression within the ieMR Program team.
