About the Role

This role leads and manages the Technical Support Team, providing Application Packaging, desktop support and Audio Visual services ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer requests and incidents.

As a Technical Customer Support Manager, you will provide expert leadership to a multidisciplinary group of staff delivering clinical and business technical service needs of the organisation, maintaining excellent customer relationships and working cooperatively with other digital operations teams and ICT project initiatives.
