This position is part of a holistic approach that prioritizes the client's wellbeing and independence.
- Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify support requirements.
Deliver personalized workplace rehabilitation services, including job modifications and vocational assessments.
Prioritize effective stakeholder liaison and case management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Evaluate client progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
Essential Requirements:
- Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW).
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
