  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify support requirements.

  • Deliver personalized workplace rehabilitation services, including job modifications and vocational assessments.

  • Prioritize effective stakeholder liaison and case management to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Evaluate client progress and adapt interventions as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW).
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
