Program Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management professional to lead our organization's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale enterprise program implementations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and delivery partners.
  • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
  • Embed best practice, structure, and delivery assurance.
  • Provide executive-level insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Candidates with experience leading PMO functions in complex environments are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERP/CRM program delivery and governance, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

They should be a strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and delivery outcomes.
