Chief Enterprise Program Officer

As a seasoned executive, you will drive enterprise-wide programs with strategic leadership and program governance expertise.
- 10+ years of experience in PMO leadership or large-scale program delivery within complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing project delivery teams and PMOs from the ground up
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio governance
- Strong commercial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to align project delivery with broader business objectives
- Highly effective communicator and facilitator who can confidently engage at Executive level
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related field

The Role
- Further developing and leading REA's Enterprise Programme, creating a centre of excellence for programme governance and management
- Providing oversight and governance across all enterprise programmes, ensuring disciplined delivery and risk management
- Fostering a high-performance team culture, including career development, succession planning, and performance management
