About this Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to oversee governance, planning, and reporting for a major ERP rollout. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving stakeholder alignment, managing program risks and issues, and embedding delivery discipline across a complex enterprise environment.
This includes overseeing program governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale ERP implementations, as well as driving stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and external delivery partners.
Required Skills and QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have proven experience leading PMO functions in complex enterprise environments, with a strong background in ERP/CRM program delivery and governance. Big 4 consulting experience is preferred, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and delivery outcomes, our ideal candidate will be able to identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
