Enterprise Data Management Leader

The position of Enterprise Data Management Leader is a high-level role that oversees the implementation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide data governance framework. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data management, information security, and stakeholder engagement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data governance framework that ensures the accurate and secure handling of enterprise data.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of data management processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of data management practices and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least eight years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in data architecture and governance functions. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of data management principles and best practices. They will also be able to provide strategic guidance on data management initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to data governance.
