Job Title: Health Promotion Officer for Vulnerable Communities
">Role OverviewThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion initiatives that address the complex needs of vulnerable communities.
This involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement culturally sensitive programs that promote healthy relationships, prevent domestic and family violence, and support individuals affected by these issues.
">Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop and deliver evidence-based health promotion strategies that align with program objectives;
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events and activities that promote health and wellbeing among marginalized groups;
- Contribute to the development of health promotion resources, including educational materials, social media content, and community outreach programs.
