Health Promotion Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Health Promotion Officer.
The role plays a pivotal part in developing, delivering, and evaluating health promotion initiatives that address family, domestic, and sexual violence. The position involves working closely with a therapeutic team to create culturally appropriate resources and education sessions focused on healthy relationships, consent, positive parenting, and addressing the drivers of FDSV.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering health promotion education and community engagement programs that cater to diverse cultural needs.
- Assisting in planning and implementing community events that promote healing and recovery.
- Creating and distributing health promotion resources that are tailored to the community's needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a positive impact and be committed to advancing their skills and career while enhancing their cultural knowledge.
