About the Role

As a Correctional Officer with the NSW Government, you will play a vital role in maintaining community safety and supporting offenders in their rehabilitation. You will supervise inmates in correctional facilities, ensuring their safety and security while promoting positive behavior.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills. You will work in a dynamic environment with a diverse workforce, supporting a broad range of people in custody.
