About the Role

EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business, dedicated to helping people get their lives back through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey. As a key member of our diverse team based in Sydney, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on someone's life every day.

As a Building Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for any facilities-related requests and respond to them in a timely and efficient manner. You will also provide project support as required, working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Present a professional image of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
  • Manage the front-of-house area of our busy head office, including meeting room presentation and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
About You
  • You will have full Australian working rights without restrictions.
  • Previous experience working within a call centre or on the front desk of a corporate office is essential.
  • You will have an eye for detail to keep the front-of-house area tidy and running smoothly.
  • You will be able to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • You will have outstanding communication skills, able to speak with stakeholders of all levels.
