Job Title: Inventory Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and store incoming inventory, verifying quantities and accuracy against delivery documents.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Process inventory movements, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an inventory operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
