HSE Compliance Specialist

About the Role
As an HSE Compliance Specialist at Zenergy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's Australian and NZ operations maintain compliance with all HSE legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements. This includes coordinating national assurance and verification programs and managing the continuous improvement of HSE management support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop systematic reporting on HSE Online management systems, including KPIs and compliance outcomes.
- Support business units in maintaining certification with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with the National HSSE Team to achieve strategic objectives, aligning activities with overarching goals.
- Conduct audits and verifications to ensure HSE management systems are effective and meet business needs.
- Administer HSE management systems, serving as the primary contact between service providers and stakeholders for system support and issues.
- Maintain compliance with business standards and legislative obligations through structured audit and verification processes.
- Coordinate annual reviews and improvements of online induction and training programs to ensure they meet compliance and operational needs.

We estimate that the salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
