Project Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a significant project with a renowned mechanical services contractor.

The Project Scope
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of data centre projects from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Monitor programme, budget, and quality outcomes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare and review project reports, variations, and financial tracking.
About the Role Requirements
  • Deliver mechanical/HVAC projects with mechanical values over $5 million.
  • Manage multiple project stages with strong project management expertise.
  • Effectively manage clients and stakeholders with excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Have strong commercial acumen with a proactive solutions-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
