Senior Project Executive

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead the execution of service jobs from a commercial and technical perspective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project progress, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and managing financials.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that project execution adheres to established procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, cost targets, and scheduling goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and financials, including invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, manage risk, and ensure opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project.
- Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgement by the customer.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procure required materials, services, and equipment for the project.
- Function as key contact for customers and escalate project issues.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing service projects is required.
- Good knowledge of High Voltage product drawings (primary/schematics) reading and understanding is essential.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, ownership, and leadership capability are necessary.
