**Job Description:** We are seeking a healthcare professional looking to transition into a medical devices sales role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the world of ostomy care and drive to achieve it.

This position is crucial to our success during a period of accelerated sales growth. You will be responsible for promoting and increasing knowledge and usage of ostomy care products and solutions into Hospitals, managing, developing and growing new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.

You will build strong relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders. Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan. Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.

Attend exhibitions and conferences as required. Strong drive, ambition and a flexible approach to the role are essential. Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results are key attributes. Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets are also required.
