We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Internal Review Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving internal review cases to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality written correspondence for diverse audiences, including formal responses for senior stakeholders.
- Handle escalated reviews, ensuring all are managed within strict deadlines.
- Monitor and manage caseloads efficiently to ensure timely completion of all reviews.
- Conduct evidence-based decision-making in line with legislative and policy guidelines.
- Manage internal review cases by assessing, recording, resolving, and referring as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Proven experience in applying legislation and/or policy.
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Location: Richmond and Geelong
