Mining Approvals Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of high-profile projects across various industries. This role involves collaborating with our Impact Assessment and Approvals team to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in environmental and social impact assessment studies, as well as experience in:

  • Preparing Mining Management Plans for exploration and mining activities
  • Guiding clients through environmental constraints, risks, and approvals pathways
  • Preparing environmental approval documentation for exploration and operational mining proposals
  • Liaising with regulators and stakeholders in project development and planning stages
  • Project management, including budget tracking, scheduling, and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing subconsultants to deliver technical studies or assessments required for mining approvals

A degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or a similar discipline is desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
