Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker to join our team at Humanity Health Group. As a key member of our allied health team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to develop their workplace skills and thrive in their chosen career.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality therapy and intervention to help individuals become 'job ready.' This will involve supporting clients with personal growth and development, providing mentoring and guidance to help them achieve their employment and training goals, and conducting mini-mental health training sessions on site for employment services staff.
You will also be responsible for liaising with local health professionals and services as required, building and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers and customers, and identifying and engaging with potential new entrants to our services.
About YouWe are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate about helping others. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an approved Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work degree, full registration with an approved body, and a valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle.
You will also need to have high levels of verbal and written communication skills, be customer-centric, and have a desire to drive strong client relationships. If you are motivated, determined, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
