The Role

PHSA is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clients across various schemes, including life insurance, self-insurers, NSW workers' compensation, Comcare, iCare, CTP, WorkSafe VIC, TAC, and WorkCover QLD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vocational Assessments
  • Case Conferencing with treating health professionals
  • Work Readiness Preparation
  • Collaboration with PHSA Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes

Requirements

  • Associate or full membership with ASORC or RCAA
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehabilitation setting (preferred)
  • Current driver's license and motor vehicle
