**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to support the implementation of our Supplier Marketing Program. As the key point of contact, you will coordinate end-to-end campaigns, ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role based out of our Support Office in Victoria, with 2-3 days per week on-site. You will report directly to the Supplier Program Marketing Manager and contribute to delivering exceptional results while driving efficiency and compliance across our marketing operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns from briefing to execution, aligning with merchandise goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Analyse and review campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate weekly team workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage retail media platforms.
  • Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and invoicing processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing roles, with retail or supplier marketing experience preferred.
  • Exposure to campaign development or media planning is desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
