Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in our Carousel Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and embody the Sephora DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
- Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
- Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
This is a full-time opportunity with a 38hr rotating roster. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.
