- Facilitation: Implement Scrum practices and facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
- Obstacle Removal: Address and resolve issues hindering team progress and project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and metrics.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track project metrics and KPIs, provide status updates, and use data for decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and transformation initiatives.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical: Understanding of technology delivery processes, including SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
